INSPECTION

PROCEDURE

1. INSPECT FRONT NO. 1 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY

(a) With the speaker installed, check that there is no looseness or other abnormalities.

(b) Check that there is no foreign matter in the speaker, no tears on the speaker cone or other abnormalities.

(c) Measure the resistance of the speaker.

Standard Resistance:

for 6 Speakers

Tester Connection

3.2 to 4.8 Ω
for 9 Speakers

Tester Connection

Specified Condition

1 - 2

Always

4.5 to 6.7 Ω

If the result is not as specified, replace the speaker.

    HYDRAULIC TEST PERFORM HYDRAULIC TEST CAUTION: Do not perform a stall test if there are any people or objects near the vehicle. The vehicle could begin moving suddenly, resulting in a serious accident. Do not perform a stall test if any wheel chocks are out of position.
