INSTALLATION
CAUTION / NOTICE / HINT
w/ Electric Parking Brake System:HINT:
The parking brake indicator light blinks (red) when the engine switch is turned on after replacing the brake actuator assembly. Operate the electric parking brake switch assembly to turn off the parking brake indicator light.
PROCEDURE
1. INSTALL BRAKE ACTUATOR BRACKET CUSHION
HINT:
Perform this procedure only when replacement of the brake actuator bracket cushions is necessary.
(a) Install the 3 brake actuator bracket cushions to the brake actuator bracket assembly.
2. INSTALL NO. 2 BRAKE ACTUATOR CASE COLLAR
HINT:
Perform this procedure only when replacement of the No. 2 brake actuator case collars is necessary.
(a) Install the 3 No. 2 brake actuator case collars to the brake actuator bracket cushion.
NOTICE:
Make sure that the No. 2 brake actuator case collar is in full contact with the brake actuator bracket cushion.
(b) Install the 3 nuts.
Torque:
19 N

PROCEDURE
1. CHECK AUDIO SETTINGS
(a) In sound output setting mode, set volume, fader and balance to the initial values and check that the sound is normal.
OK: Audio system returns to normal. HINT: Sound quality adjustment measures vary according to the type of amplifier.

REPLACEMENT CAUTION / NOTICE / HINT
CAUTION: Do not remove the radiator cap sub-assembly or radiator drain cock plug while the engine and radiator assembly are still hot. Pressurized, hot engine coolant and steam may be released and cause serious burns.
