INSTALLATION

CAUTION / NOTICE / HINT

HINT:

  • Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.
  • The following procedure is for the LH side.

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY

(a) Connect each connector.

(b) for Bulb Type Turn Signal Light:

(1) Engage the clamp.

(c) Engage the guide to temporarily install the headlight assembly as shown in the illustration.

Install in this Direction

(d) Install the headlight assembly with the bolt and 3 screws.

Torque:

Bolt :

7.0 N

    REMOVAL PROCEDURE 1. REMOVE LOWER STEERING COLUMN COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Click here 2. REMOVE UPPER STEERING COLUMN COVER Click here 3. REMOVE TURN SIGNAL SWITCH (a) Remove the 2 screws.
