REASSEMBLY

NOTICE:
Steps 10 to 17 are temporary reassembly procedures for adjustment purposes.
PROCEDURE
1. INSTALL STRAIGHT PIN
(a) Using a plastic-faced hammer, install the 4 straight pins to the rear differential carrier sub-assembly.

2. INSTALL REAR DIFFERENTIAL BREATHER PLUG OIL DEFLECTOR
| (a) Using a 5 mm socket hexagon wrench, install the rear differential breather plug oil deflector with the 2 bolts. Torque: 5.0 N |

(a) Install the rear differential support to the rear differential carrier assembly with 4 new bolts.
Torque: 72 N

DTC CHECK / CLEAR CHECK DTC (a) Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
(b) Turn the engine switch on (IG). (c) Turn the Techstream on.
(d) Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Sliding Roof or Sliding Sunshade / Trouble Codes. Body Electrical > Sliding Roof > Trouble Codes Body Elect
Inspection
INSPECTION PROCEDURE 1. INSPECT FUEL PUMP
(a) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance:
Tester Connection Specified Condition
U - V 0.05 to 3.0 Ω
V - W 0.05 to 3.0 Ω
U - W 0.05 to 3.0 Ω
