DISASSEMBLY
PROCEDURE
1. REMOVE HOOD TO RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL
| (a) Using a clip remover, disengage the 10 hood to radiator support seal clips to remove the hood to radiator support seal. |
|
(b) Remove the 10 hood to radiator support seal clips from the hood to radiator support seal.
2. REMOVE HOOD INSULATOR
| (a) Using a clip remover, remove the 9 hood insulator clips. |
|
(b) Disengage the 2 guides to remove the hood insulator.
3. REMOVE WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

4. DISCONNECT WASHER HOSE ASSEMBLY
| (a) Disengage the 5 clamps. |
|
(b) Disengage the grommet and disconnect the washer hose assembly.
5. REMOVE HOOD STAY HOLDER
| (a) Disengage the 2 claws to remove the hood stay holder. |
|
6. REMOVE HOOD SUPPORT ASSEMBLY
| (a) Disengage the 4 claws to remove the hood support assembly. |
|
7. REMOVE HOOD STAY BRACKET RH
| (a) Remove the bolt. |
|
(b) Disengage the guide to remove the hood stay bracket RH.

Operation Check
OPERATION CHECK INPUT SIGNAL CHECK (a) Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
(b) Check the cruise control main switch using the Data List function of the Techstream (cruise control main switch, -SET switch, +RES switch and CANCEL switch).
