REASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL HOOD STAY BRACKET RH

(a) Engage the guide.

(b) Install the hood stay bracket RH with the bolt.

2. INSTALL HOOD SUPPORT ASSEMBLY

(a) Engage the 4 claws to install the hood support assembly.

3. INSTALL HOOD STAY HOLDER

(a) Engage the 2 claws to install the hood stay holder.

4. CONNECT WASHER HOSE ASSEMBLY

(a) Engage the grommet.

(b) Engage the 5 clamps to connect the washer hose assembly.

5. INSTALL WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

6. INSPECT WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

7. ADJUST WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

8. INSTALL HOOD INSULATOR

(a) Engage the 2 guides.

(b) Install the hood insulator with 9 new hood insulator clips.

9. INSTALL HOOD TO RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL

(a) Install the hood to radiator support seal with 10 new hood to radiator support seal clips.
