INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL TRANSMISSION OIL COOLER

(a) Temporarily install the transmission oil cooler to the automatic transaxle case sub-assembly with the bolt (A).

(b) Install the bolt (B).

Torque:

13.5 N

    INSTALLATION PROCEDURE 1. INSTALL FUEL PIPE PLUG SUB-ASSEMBLY (a) Install a new O-ring, No. 1 fuel injector back-up ring, No. 2 fuel injector back-up ring and No. 3 fuel injector back-up ring to the fuel pipe plug sub-assembly as shown in the illustration. *1 Fuel Pipe Plug Sub-assemb

    INSTALLATION PROCEDURE 1. INSTALL TRANSMISSION WIRE (a) Coat the O-ring of the transmission wire with Toyota Genuine ATF WS. (b) Install the transmission wire to the automatic transaxle case sub-assembly with the bolt. Torque: 5.4 N
