INSTALLATION
PROCEDURE
1. INSTALL STARTER ASSEMBLY
(a) Install the starter assembly with the 2 bolts.
Torque:
46 N·m {469 kgf·cm, 34 ft·lbf}
(b) Connect the engine wire to the terminal 30 with the nut.
Torque:
9.8 N·m {100 kgf·cm, 87 in·lbf}
(c) Close the terminal cap.
(d) Connect the starter assembly connector.
2. INSTALL BATTERY CLAMP SUB-ASSEMBLY

4. INSTALL AIR CLEANER ASSEMBLY WITH AIR CLEANER HOSE

INSPECTION PROCEDURE 1. INSPECT REAR SHOCK ABSORBER ASSEMBLY
(a) Compress and extend the rear shock absorber assembly rod 4 or more times.
Standard: When compressed and extended at a constant speed, the stroke of the shock absorber rod is smooth with no abnormal resistance or sounds. When exten
